I have the same tank, post up pix in a build thread. You can see mine in the signature

should be ok, just will be limited to what you can place in the corners. Maybe some NPS corals where lighting is not an issue. I would just light acclimate corals placed in the center as being that close could cause hot-spots where the lights overlap.

Welcome, @Emmanuel Can you spread out your lights a little more? Maybe like 6'' apart? It looks like your're getting some shadowing on the corners

The tank would be easier to sell and should move faster once it's free from the livestock. Once out, you can rinse the tank, clean it and post up nice "for sale" pix -IMO Overall, good luck with the sale bud

Personally, until your new tank becomes well established, I'd avoid any stars except for maybe a serpent. Also hold off on a nem until your new tank settles in. I have a orange striped cardinal and hes been pretty solid with his tank mates but not very active. I recently had a komaharra...

If you go gyres, the jaebo crossflows are a good alternative for the price
