George, nothing new has been collected. Everything that was collected was collected in the mid 90's and preserved in formaldehyde. They are just getting around to publishing their findings from those earlier expeditions. All seven sharks collected in the mid 90's were sacrificed.

I’d stop adding ammonia and consider adding Bio-Spira or some other “instant cycle” product. It will shorten your cycle. Still need to monitor ammonia, nitrite and nitrates.

What I'm saying is that it's my cheap camera that doesn't "white balance" well....or the more likely reason, the photographer who doesn't know what he's doing. :)

But what about my inverts. I'm not so concerned about the fish and corals, but the snails and shimp...especially about the snails. I was under the impression that they are very susceptible to changes in salinity.
