Hey, I can’t help it if I can’t multitask.  I’m a man!  I either look at the month, or look at the date.  I saw 15 and thought it was this month.  Now that I see it is some date in May, I’m not sure if I can make it.  Weekends that time of year are bad for me.

I would definitely go with the 1 ½” schedule 80 bulkhead. It is for a 2 5/8 inch hole. That’s only 1/8 inch off of what was drilled. It is overkill, and I could never understand why people even considered schedule 80 for aquariums. But in your case I don’t think you have a choice. It also is 3...

The closest bulkhead is an 1 1/2 schedule 80 which needs a 2 5/8 inch hole. Agree with contacting the manufacturer. Also, where is the hole?
