    GlassHoles is a good source for determining what size hole bit you need for a given size bulkhead. (Unfortunately the bits seem to be sized in mm and not inches.) Note also that you shouldn't under size a bulkhead. I've seen GPH charts for bulkhead sizes. (But I can't point you at one.)
