We had our digi in the middle of our 20g tank under t5s and it was fine. Just a quick note give it a lot of space, that piece stung some corals around it and it grows pretty fast.

It sucks that they are attacking the coral, but don't rush the FOWLR tank because you could kill the fish or rush the setup giving you headaches. The isolation chamber is a great idea, or find someone local to hold onto it for a while.

In a tank that size make sure you go with a pair of the fires. They can be very reclusive and would probably be lost in a tank that size if you have just one. They are more likley to be out and about if you have the pair. I have a pair in a 20g with a pair of cleners, and while they dominate...
