    I've been using that same pump for about a year and a half now. Low wattage = less heat. It's a nice pump.

    I think two 27" will work for softies and zoas. I have one over a 3' tank with mostly zoas. Tank looks great with them 12" off the water. You'll like these lights if you get them.

    I have 2 Tunze 6055's with there controller. No problem in the few years I've had them.

    Over flows

    If you drain that over flow maybe you can install return pipes be for you take out the over flow. I wouldn't know if the one over flow would be enough though.
