What kind of drill bit, do you guys use to drill through the rock?

If I bleach it. I will use one of my water change containers. Is that smart or will I contaminate my water? Also once I bleach the rock. I plan On using the base rock in the display tank. Will this cause a cycle.

I was reading about that idea too. What do you run your ALK at and what is your PH? I thinking of running my alk at about 10 dKh. but it appears that would lead ot high PH of 8.4. Is that good?

I like the phos and alk. The calcium is difficult and finicky in my opinion. I would go API or Red Sea on the calcium

I have the Hanna Alk and i like it.. its very consistent. But, it also matches the API one I compare it again. So for the money its API.... simplicity its Hanna (i hate counting drops!!!!)
