Either will help nutrient levels. Personally I would dose and don't think you need to feed the coral daily. .

I want one but not sure it would be safe in my tank. I have a purple and yellow tang, flame angel, coral beauty, Fiji puffer, pseudochromis, wrasse and gobiies. Any thoughts?

@Mark_C he is selling a tank. Also, saw bio cube and stand on Marketplace a few days ago.

I use a GSM and no issues, set and forget. even my Elos skimmer was the same. Only time I had issues when i did not auto top off but I do now.
