    I am located in magnolia nj 08049. I did find out that I may need a ballast (430 or 660). - was a little confused because a plug ans a awaf hole plastic thing was coming from the same cable. Does anyone have a extra that I can borrow to see if that does the trick. Please!

    I have a 72" light fixure with 3 250watt halids ( screw in bulbs) and 2 Super actinic VHO 110 watt on ice caps. My question here is when I plug my VHO directly in the outlet it will not work. I have not replced the VHO bulbs because I am not sure if that is the problem and I dont want to waist...
