yah was the free option they offer it was like 2 day shipping i mean i think if they used some water in those bags and 2-3 heatpacks wouldnt be an issue imo why would you leave the snails pretty much bone dry and 1 heat pack wrapped in newspaper shipping 2 days is beyond me

yah i got shrimps and stuff so i expected them to package it correctly those snails are tiny you cant tell what moves or doesnt pretty much Trash at this point

thatll work most likely clean the rock extra nice in the bath put it in fresh water run a strong pump to move the water in and out do like 100% water changes 5-10 times then dry it out really and put under lamps to completely dry the inside out that should do it imo
