    Historically, we run the nominations in Jan and have the official voting in February going into March. But definitely, when the time comes, members should all feel free to throw you names into the hat for seats.

    It looks like it's crumbling on you, the concern for me would be if there's anything there for a piece of wood to grab on. You may need to sandwich 2 pieces of wood to that bottom piece.

    Maybe, but I still wouldn't trust it. Even with a small hole, there could be stress lines that maybe you can't or didn't notice.

    The glue/bonding agent won't hold to the weight of the water, plus rocks and sand once filled

    With the glass being cracked like that, the structural integrity of the tank as a whole is lost. Patching it up is a very risky move, personally something I wouldn't do. You would need to completely remove the bottom panel, and replace with a new piece.

    It may cost you more to repair than the tank is worth. May just need to take it as a loss.

    No, its an AC powerhead/WaveMaker. You stick it on the the glass like you would any other powerhead...

    Yup, they are 2x AC pumps so there's no need for a clunky power brick. I also have a controller for sale for them. They can operate without it
