The back of the tank is open so it should be ok with heat, but the feet on the pump may not be enough to stop the vibrations. If it gets bad, you can try adding a piece of coarse filter foam underneath it.

That was the pets warehouse, those dudes were a hot mess. They kept flooding out booth. Friday their tanks caused the tables to bow which left us in a swimming pool of water when we got there. Sunday they caused an electrical short on their booth. They also had fish sitting in bags throughout...

I think you should, at least once per 1/4. It helps to see what’s actually going on. It also confirms how good or bad your maintenance skills are

I did, it scared the heck out of the wife when she heard it turn on. It’s super noisy but I’m fine with that. The only complaint is the food container. I now know to wait until it’s completely empty before removing it. Last night I dumped a bunch of food into the tank. Fish were happy though

I’m not 100% sure actually. My understanding is that they test for heavy metals and what not in your system, but that number doesn’t make sense to me. I’m going to ask customer support to see what they say
