I setup my QT and placed the sole survivor in the 10g tank. I added the first dosage; and it says to wait 48hrs and repeat. My question is do I dose every 48hrs or is two doses the end? It does say to keep the fish in solution for 14 days. I plan to keep the fish out out the main tank for 90...

I need a heater so will take the box. Just setup my 10g QT and old heater is MIA.

I have seen tanks with green star polyps glued to the back wall. Looked like grass...LOL

You might be better off getting a magnet and placing it in a non-toxic plastic container and use aquarium glue to keep it closed.

Here is pic for those that asked. The brace sits 1" above the top rim. I did see a 48" light similar but it was almost $200. Why I was looking at the other lights.

Marcus, I saw those. the 180w are $50 each. My concern is quality; pay $100 now and a year later or less buy something better so wasted money. The other is nice cause its programmable but not sure if justifies the cost for an unknown.

Did that and still looks yellow. I can live with the appearance for now just worried about an algae outbreak. Should I use two blues?
