Personally I'm an ASM Skimmer fan. Not the pretiest, not so quiet, but definitely an industry work horse. I have a G1 model that worked flawlessly when I was running my old tank. There is one for sale on the forum ASM G3 Skimmer

If you get cardinals get some orange striped ones. They are more active than the standard guys. I picked mines up at sealevel in pinebrook a while back Yellowstriped Cardinalfish

That rear chamber to your far upper right, I think that's supposed to be your ATO reservoir, hence why its so high Would you consider going skimmer-less? Just add Chaeto and LR to the far left chamber put a solid light on and some mess for a bubble trap in the baffles.

Or just take a Sledgehammer to it.....
