There are three known causes at this point for HLLE. 1. Stray voltage in your tank 2. Poor nutrition 3. Ground up carbon getting into your tank and into your fish. Stress might be another factor as well as the health of the fish.

If you got it that way listen to elos. If it manifested itself in your tank then another story.

Have you been dosing anything or playing around in the tank at all?

Keep your dose the same, I was just taking a droppers worth and putting it in. I was doing twice that much but cut down.
