    Tank monitoring

I’ve noticed a few posts on other forums about tanks crashing while the owner was on vacation so I just wanted to pass on something that I do.  I set up a webcam so I can see the tank, temperature display and pH monitor.  The software that came with the camera allows me to take a picture...

    ID Needed

I have tons of them living in the sand bed.  I usually see just the tentacles searching around for something to eat but once in a while I'll see one crawling on the glass.  I'm pretty sure they don't to any harm. Greg

    Few questions about Dwarf Octopus

Not a Gorilla Crab, what is it?

I’ve been loosing mega-bucks worth of shrimp and hermit crabs over the past few months and had no idea until I read this thread that my cute, fuzzy little hitch hiker was the culprit.  So tonight, with flashlight in hand and three, make that four, glasses of wine in my belly, I hunted him...

I put a few hermit crabs from Shark River in my tank but had to take them out because they liked to perch on the corals.

    Help with an ID

Thanks guys.  After comparing it to pictures on the internet, I’m pretty sure it’s valida. Phyllis – A customer traded it to Tropiquarium - the guys a Trop didn’t frag it themselves and it looked nothing like it looks now. Rich – The smaller frag to the right is from the same...

    Help with an ID

I think plate.  I've only had it for about one month.  It was a poorly fragged piece that I bought from Tropiquarium that I fragged myself into three pieces.  They thought it was nana but weren't sure.
