I’ve noticed a few posts on other forums about tanks crashing while the owner was on vacation so I just wanted to pass on something that I do. I set up a webcam so I can see the tank, temperature display and pH monitor. The software that came with the camera allows me to take a picture...
I have tons of them living in the sand bed. I usually see just the tentacles searching around for something to eat but once in a while I'll see one crawling on the glass. I'm pretty sure they don't to any harm.

My display and frag tanks are being taken over by something that looks like a hydroid:
Has anyone had any experience with this problem? I've read the Forceps/Longnose Butterfly will eat hydroids. Is this fish safe around corals?

I think plate. I've only had it for about one month. It was a poorly fragged piece that I bought from Tropiquarium that I fragged myself into three pieces. They thought it was nana but weren't sure.
