Bob, I have brown w/brown skirts, tan w/brown skirts, brown w/orange center and green skirts, brown w/green center and brown skirts. Do you notice a pattern here? ::) I want anything that doesn't have any brown in it!! ;D

Sorry to hear about your problem. Where are you located? I would try to cut out a larger hole in the sheetrock. It will have to be replaced anyway and then put buckets up to catch the leak. You will have to find out where the leak is coming from and fix it. Then allow the joists and plywood to...
