I'd check the sensor and clean it like @DEL said and would check the connections from the ATO unit to the pump. Is it possible the pump burnt out?

Which are you using? Can you set up a gravity fed ATO while you figure this out?

I float for 15-20mins in a QT tank, dip with Potassium Chloride and iodine, put the frag on a new plug then place it in QT for about 60 days for observation before adding to my display or frag tank.
