Correct, we got them directly from Karen. They are doing really well for us.

So annoyed that we did not get it earlier. It really is perfect with how it is cut and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend their work, you are just going to wait a while on it. I know I could not build something of that quality.

We had to pull everything out and find his hidey hole. That is really the hardest part, finding out where they are hiding and then you can either just remove that piece or seal it over. They are tricky little guys.
