Hiitchhiker crabs can be a PIA, I am sure you are happy that you got rid of it now before it migrated to another coral. Give the lobo low flow and low light and you might have a shot at it. Maybe even a dip in revive or lugols to help it heal a bit if it looks worse.

Fire shrimp do have those little claws that they can and will use. We watched a fire shrimp eat a small goby once so they will use them. I agree with your hypothesis.

I would avoid it, if he picked up and threw a sexy shrimp that would probably be the end of it. Also, they are so small in the act of picking it up he would probably eat it. Just think of it as another oppurtunity to setup a nano just for sexy shrimp.
