Some epoxy and either plastic screen or fiberglass cloth. JB Weld is an epoxy that is black to dark gray, and will better match what appears to be a black plastic frame.

I have to agree with Hockeynut on the use of a straddle valve. However, I do disagree with him about supplying sufficient pressure (volume.) A straddle valve will provide the volume needed to run the sized RO/DI units we use. Here’s my two cents……straddle valves work great for ice...
