The other night walked dogs late about midnight and sawca Fowler toad. Odd because no water near me. Few days later with all the rain almost stepped on getting my car.

Mpovell, welcome to the club. Just post any questions you have. You may get different answers as what works for one may not work for another. How big of a system do you plan on setting up?

Eric, as I said flooding a house sucks and stressful but I get him 100%. But if needs to rebuild his house he has to part out, recoup what he can and move on. Or drop the price significantly. A Dr. office will not take a system that large.
