This light comes every time

I’m having trouble getting this thing to work. Every time looks like it is going to get started and moves a bit but stops and doesn’t do anything after. I cleaned it up and connected and disconnect but nothing seems to work Any suggestions? Looks like it okay but can’t connect

I wander if by changing the filter floss 2 times per week the vodka/vinegar will not create too much bacteria. I know the skimmer helps a lot with this situation. I do dose vodka but not much at all and I would like to increase the dosage for nutrients control
