I tend get info from all over the place. This way I can come up with an idea that factors in all. I voted youtube as I'm a more visual type person

To me BB doesn't give me that natural look n feel of a reef. I don't think I'll ever run a BB tank unless I go full sps

That's why I'm so heavy handed with my feedings. For the longest time I couldn't keep any type of fish to save my life...with the skimp feedings

They have these plastic drop lamps now, to replace the metal when it rusts. I believe they are the home depot brand

34gal AIO, 20gal frag/holding tank with 20gal sump, 3gal freshwater planted tank (empty...haven't gotten around to stocking it)

Depending on the size of frag tank, it may be wishful thinking to keep it at/around $100. I did a diy frag tank a while back and the return pump alone ran me about $80. The flood tables aren't cheap either.....as I was debating going that route as well.

Is the foil in the rear for heat insulation? Also what are your future stocking ideas? Great start up btw, you'll be reap the rewards by taking your time on this build
