Your light intensity seems to be pretty high at 80%. You could be cooking them as well. Corals will die faster under intense light rather that at a lower setting

What size tank? And how "new" is it? Are you running an ULNS?
Personally I have never used a UV so I can't say much. But I have heard mixed views on them. In particular if it's not sized properly on the tank.
