    Having this issue now. If I click reset, pump does fill some. Top white sensor does trigger audio alarm when water level rises. But will not trigger pump when water goes below black low level sensor.

    use a long hose and come down late at night or early in the morning before the lights come on. They will be all over your glass. Run the siphon to a mesh filter sock in the sump and you can take your time nd just siphon them off the glass. I have been greatly reducing the population like this...
