Never heard of this product before. I will ask a dumb question. Did you shake it up to see if the brown crap goes away?

How big is your tank?

Mine has not decorated itself yet. It did however push my powerhead down during the night and blew sand front glass which covered a few mushroom frags. had to dig them out fix sand and powerhead.

I usually wait 24hrs but a few times was busy and tested 48hrs later after dosing.

One shot a day. I plan to setup the doser but have not found time. Thinking of starting with 10ml daily and move up.

I clean off what I can and let it dry. Never wet the plugs before gluing frags.

Correct auto renew doesn't work.

I use ESV 2 part, Alk and Calcium. Have 2 Kamoer doses I plan to use. Also, considering All for Reef and just have thing to dose.

Not to hi-jack the thread. If my TDS on the Buddy is 0.1 do I just need to replace the resin?

Alk is at 8.6 today. Now to stabilize it.

I had and have(1) these and others here as well have or had them. They can grow SPS coral. Not much control but they work well and not expensive. I two keep looking for sales/discounts or even used lights.

Dec 2020 I saw Vipraspectre 165w lights for $60. I decided to wait until after the Holidays and when I went to but them $120 so did double. I did not purchase any but may have to bite the bullet as the internal timer for mine are not working properly. I have to set the clock each morning.
