Dave, put them in your sump. I think you have a sump similar to the one I have....a 40 breeder. My sump actually has a clown in it as well. The door to my stand is actually cut out to expose this section of the sump:

One more thing....if it is flex PVC, you could cut the pipe at that location and install a coupling using pvc cleaner/cement. That would "fix" the torn area.

Are you talking PVC flex? Or some other kind of flexible pipe/hose? If it is PVC flex, I'd be shocked if it had a tear....that stuff is pretty tough! If it's just some other kind of flexible hose, HD carries all different sizes.

Anthony, thanks for educating the idiot! :biggrin: I would venture that the 5.1 is sufficient for my tin ear application. I think I'll also check out Sam's, since we are members.

I don’t know….lets say $500 just to throw a dart at a price, but I could be talked into up to around $1000….but again, I don’t know! How much do I need? One more bit of information; I have a tin ear. If you don’t believe me, ask me to sing something. I’ll do what will work…so I could go...

I picked up a 55 inch Samsung Boobtube and would like to add a surround sound unit to the TV. Any recommendations? Or what should I be looking for?
