Now that you mention it.. some of my zoas (especially the freshly fragged ones) dont tend to do to well.. was wondering if it was just getting hit with too much light.

believe it or not.. i got some peppermint shrimp from petco recently (online order) that took care of my aiptasia problem.. or at least significantly reduced it over time

Yeah, some are handling it fine, others aren’t so much.. specifically the rainbow milli..

thanks! would like to know.. my SPS has been bleaching as of late, i checked yesterday and it seems i was cooking them a bit much around 400-450 par.. i lowered it to 350 so hopefully they recover

Hi Trio, and welcome back to the hobby.. First question is what's your budget lol I've got 3 tanks setup, and I haven't done water changes on them in months.. Not saying it's the right thing, but I'm just at a point now where I don't have the time to keep up with it with little ones running...

Wouldn't have to be a vortech.. even a Nero 3 or 5 would be great! Yes.. someone more cleverer than us will one day stumble upon this thread and hopefully pull it off

I do, I’ll pm ya

Interesting concept, i think it would be cool to be able to have it automatically swivel using some ball bearings
