    Need setup ASAP

Cracked my biocube like a dumb ass. Got all of my stuff being held in a 15 gal tank temporarily. Looking for a drilled tank and stand. Not super picky on size - plumbing isn’t required nor is the sump. I can make all of that myself. Any help is GREATLY appreciated Located in Barnegat (I have...

    Free corals

I’m just jumping back into the hobby. Got a 32g LED biocube that I just finished cycling a couple of weeks ago. So, I’d be interested in just about any frags you had to help fill in the tank a bit! Where are you located? (Been gone for a few years now ‍♂️)

    Dan's 150 Rebuild

Get a couple of sea hares bud. Any algae problems can easily be taken care of like that :). I have two of them in my 75 gallon tank. They are great little bull dozers :D

    Dan's 150 Rebuild

I second it looking like hair algae starting. If it was stuff you could syphon off easily, wouldn't the gyre be blowing it off?

    Dan's 150 Rebuild

It takes a long time before they can eat any fish, and even then, usually only smaller fish. My buddy's 110 was a reef lol. With tons of fish. It will eat snails/hermits/crabs/shrimp though. So that is one concern. But it won't mess with corals. I'm okay with repopulating my CUC, because I get...

    150G rebuilt/reset - lesson learned!

To each their own, as long as you're religious about it, that method will work just fine. I've been known to slack off every so often, so it's not that bad for me and my buddy. It forces you to stay on top of it, or it clogs up and starts to over flow. I'm all about forceful motivation :p
