Feeding has nothing to do with it really. Damsels (Clownfish are Damsels as well, and most people forget that) become more aggressive with age. So, the longer you have them, and the bigger they get, the nastier they become. Chances are, it was the damsels that did it. They are known for it. And...

.... Unless you have like a 200-300g tank you sure have a LOT of tangs in one tank. That could (and probably is) a huge part of your continuing outbreak of ich. Think about re-homing some of the fish to lessen stress.

You haven't gotten it to eat frozen yet? I have four of them that I trained within two-three weeks to eat frozen bloodworms and mysis. If you can't find him a decent home, I'll help you out with training him on frozen and then I'll give him back to you (If you want)

I would take him, but he nips at polyps, and I have reef set ups. I do have a 26g bow holding tank that I use to store fish that I'm giving away to other members. If you decide you really can't keep him, and need to get rid of him, I'll take him until I can find him a good home.
