Gone for a few days and come home to a bunch of dead corals! All the SPS are white. Lost a real nice Hammer with 5 huge heads. A quick look at the params show that things look normal. Fish are OK. This hobby will drive you nuts! Marcelo -

Coralife will work as a hong on skimmer, and does an OK job. You can also look at the Octopus skimmers, which I think are a tad bit better than the Coralife. Marcelo -

As has been stated several times, salt mixes are typically personal preference. I've been using Reef Crystals for several years now and have had no complaints. Marcelo -

Hang in there. Give some of those pieces a little time to recover from the stress. About a year ago I had a frag that bleached and I had presumed it was a goner. I left it where it was, and a few months later a few polyps started to emerge. Let's us know if you need anything. Marcelo -

You can just put a smaller rubbermaid container inside the larger one and you have an instant "baffle". Typically the stands braces will keep the tubs from bowing too much. Marcelo -
