12 G Nano Cube DX fan and switch does not work

Does anyone have any experince with these things? The fans aren't working and the switchs does not turn the lights on and off. I got it used and don't think its under warrenty any more. I went to this store who is a JBJ dealer. they said they could fix it for a charge of course. I may just have to do it.

too late I ordered a new hood with the bulbs from them for 50 plus 25 shipped.
