It comes Apex ready (just need the Apex cable). It does requires an Apex to adjust brightness, it has no built-in brightness control
Bought this brand new off of eBay on September 2nd. It still had its protective blue cover on the Fixture. It does not come with the mounts and they are a few dings on the side of the fixture. (See pic)
