A Happy Place for corals

Does anyone else have 'problems' finding the right place for your corals. I know where they are supposed to go- but I have very good flow throughout my tank. So finding the right place is sometimes a challenge- I often move my new frags 3, 4 or more time just to find the right place- I also have moved rock to disrupt the flow for some who prefer less flow- One reason I don't glue my frags down - how about you guys

Always start on sand . then move up slowly (like a week)till you get close to where you want . Check a site like liveaquaria that gives a lot of info .. and it should tell you all requirements including water flow. My corals are placed by attrition. If they survived there...must be a good spot.

I stick it in a spot and hope it grows before the favias get to it lol

I find 2 inches one way or another can make a big difference. I have a daisy (?) polyp frag that closed after a couple of days- moved it all around the tank- think I finally found the right spot- opened now- 3 heads down to one, but along with what looks like a bunch of new heads
