Hey gang,
I have an established male swallowtail angelfish in my reef for over a year now. Last week I attempted to add a female swallowtail and he immediately went on the aggressive. I quickly placed her in an acclimation box. Tomorrow will be day 7 and he continues to spend his days pacing the box and I am not sure if he is declining in his aggression. I figured a week and he would be calmed down, but no luck. Any ideas? Should I just continue to wait or possibly place him in the box and let the female out? Open to all ideas.
Thanks.
