Hello all,
I have a 1" frag, starting to encrust, of our " hitchiker acro".
We got this acro from Merv as a hitchhiker in 2009. It is a nice hardy acro, the coral grew out from a .20" chip of an acro encrusted on another coral we got from him. It survived the tank crash in 2010, all three moves, and the frag of it if the 57g is growing nicely in those subprime conditions, so that should tell you something about this acro.
It is purple, green and blue, it looks a lot like tricolor validia, but with much thinner branches.
You can see the mother colony if you look at mikes post in the Our 45g cube thread, from last week, in the photo labeled "FTS".
It is free to a good home. As always, mike (mnat) and I will pick who it goes to (this is not first come first serve).
We would like it to go to a new home within the next week or so.
Send mike or me a pm if you are intersted.
