Theres a guy on ebay (pop-up designs),I ordered from him and he cuts to size for free, real fast shipping also . Hope it helps, Paul

For acrylic rods you can go to a hobby shop or pearl paints in woodbridge .

Yes, Home Depot and Lowes both sell 1/4" thick acrylic. Not very large sizes though, I think the biggest is 24" x 48", but I could be wrong.

What are you using the acrylic for? Do you need sheets, rods, cylinders? Give a bit more details and I can suggest some online places that carry what you need. It's real tough to find a local place (other than the "big 2" above.)
