Algae or what?

Some white fuzzy stuff has started growing on my war coral and leptoseris Is it algae or what? The coral seem to be able to grow around the infected area. None of the other corals in my DT show any signs of this. I’ve attached 2 photos. It’s in the lower edge of the war coral an upper part of the lepto. Can I treat it and will it spread?

Yes, I think there’s bleaching under it.

It looks jelly like, I had that happen to my chalice piece and it spread over it pretty quickly.

Are the corals next to each other?

They aren't near each other. The white stuff appeared and stayed but didn't spread past the initial outbreak. I think the corals bleached under it, but then grew around it.
