I was in a LFS over the weekend and took this (bad) pic. At first, I thought it was cheato with bubble algae on it but when I asked who was working what it was, I got a "i'm not sure". Is this a plant or algae?

It is a species of Caulerpa macro algae. Without a clearer pic I can't tell which species it is.
Thanks. I searched on that and found it to possibly be Grape Caulerpa.
