I purchased a ASM G1x but ran into a small problem "it doesn't fit in my sump" has any of you DIYers out there done the necesary modifications to use out of the sump? Please help me.

I have a G4x andit would take a lot to mod it for eternal use. You could glue up an acrylic box to run it in, but that's about it.

Thanks for the feed back. I'm restricted with the sump because I have a bowfront and that kills alot of usable space under the tank. I guess I'll have to post it for sell.

On a smaller scale, I had a very similar issue with my 26 bow. I finally moved it out from the wall about 9" so I could have a decent sump. It resolved many problems and I always wished I'd done it sooner.
