Attaching Frags to Rock under water

On smaller pieces of rock I've taken them out of the tank and used superglue gel, but what does everyone use on rock you can't remove or ones that aren't smooth- I've read about using plumbers putty or epoxy- bur epoxy take too long to set

I see where super glue gel would work on smooth rock, but not so much on rock/ coral with voids

Agree with Chris. Roll up a small ball of standard aquarium 2 part putty, dot of gel on top and bottom, place on rock, push frag into top.
After a couple hours you'll need a pry bar to get it moved.

Jb water weld with super glue. As others have said, small Dab of super glue on coral frag then putty, then another dab of super glue on putty, stick to rock hold
For a few seconds and done. Putty will act as a stabilizer and fill voids until glue hardens as well as putty
