Back from the 'dead' for round 2

I had added a second yellow watchman to my DT and the 2 did not seem to work things out, so I moved one to another tank- seemed fine for the first day and then disappeared. I thought I found part of it's carcass, but I have a good cuc. Today, while doing some sump maintenance I found the goby swimming around in one of the chambers below a bag of ceramic discs- nice and fat ( lots of pods in there ) I put it back in the DT, but at the opposite end/side of the tank- maybe they won't find each other- the first doesn't move around much-guess I'll find out

The new/old one found the other one- can they sense/ smell another one in the tank? I don't think it remembers lol- now they're playing cat and mouse. I took the rock out of the corner that was 'home' but both keep going back to that area- trying to figure out how to get them out of the back corner and somewhere in the front of the tank
