Mixing pseudochromis is a very bad idea. That fish has zero chance with the neon dottback. Surprised it's still alive.

Even if you put it in an aclimation box and heal it, once its back together, it will get bullied again sadly.

My sons' neon dotty killed his new yellow coris wrasse the same day it went in. It was relentless. We were both happy when the dotty died. Not sure what the fish in your op is, but if it's considered peaceful and reef safe my son might be interested if that's what you decide to rehome. No way on the dotty.

Sorry about that- you need a tailspot blenny to put him in his place lol
This tank it’s too tense for a blenny not long ago it that I realized why I was loosing healthy new fishes .. they would come in get into any corner and not move after that. Then just gone

Yea. If a fish is always hanging in a corner looking stressed, high chance that it's getting bullied. It won't grow a sack overtime. It's best to just remove it and rehome.

This one it’s leaving in the other side of the tank now far from the neon dottyback
And I can get to see him now .
Before there were some days I had to look for him to make sure it was still alive..

Heavy feeding should help with aggression, as long as your filtration can keep up. Some fish are just ass holes though, lol!

I’m happy he’s doing so much better thanks God...
I really thought I was going to lots him that it’s why I didn’t try to catch it up to not stress him out too much
