BEST WRASSE

Hey guys and gals.... Whats the best reef safe wrasse that will help to control bristle worm population ??? Thanks Chuck and Anna Maria

anyway neither of those worked. I had quite a few of them and put a 6 line in there and have not seen one in a long time. lots in my fuge though. they say coral banded shrimp or arrow crab work well also. are you sure its a bad bristle worm? most are not dangerous to inhabitants although I've been told if a fish brushes up against one or while he is sleeping apiece of the worm will embed itself in the fish and may cause it to die.
do some research on the arrow crab or coral banded if your thinking of going that route.
 
Thanks a bunch, was looking into a 6 line anyway I like the way they look, and want a wrasse anyway. I was up late last night looking with a red light (covered flashlight) and the best i can see thats what it is , thanks again.

I have plenty of (good?) bristle worms in my tank and my clowns accidental chomp on one from time to time. It never seemed to hurt them for more than a few minutes. I often find bristles climbing up the glass walls and then they get sucked in powerheads and off they go. It's fun watching them really since they are not great at grabbing onto things once in motion.
