Black round spot on Blue Digi

I have a black round spot on a blue digi near the base. It's about the size of an pencil eraser. It's not near any stinging corals however it did take a spill last week. Is this indicative of a disease, parasite or tissue damage from the fall? If parasitic, how do I treat it. If damaged, will the tissue recover?
