One of my favorite fish- good for just about any tank 20g and up- get along with most other fish- fanged are the easiest to add to any tank- the other fish leave them alone. Most are inexpensive and very hardy- along with being very active- ones that I've had/have- fanged- tailspot, bicolor and striped- all need a cubby to hang in, but my striped has always been the most active, Canary- a beautiful fish- inexpensive but needs pods to eat at first, but will take to frozen and flake after a while (my fave) Midas looks a lot like a Canary but perches most of the time and swims with a shimmy- the Canary is a lurker/hunter for pods- my African Midas also turned brownish after a while- rehomed it. I bought a forkedtail- similar to the canary, but lost it in days- never ate- bottom line- Canary and Striped ( which I just bought today at Petco for $25- half of what they are going for online ) are my faves- can't go wrong
