Bubble algae

I have a zoa that has started to have a bubble algae outbreak what is the best way to remove it with out damaging to zoa colony

If its only on a plug then take the plug out of the tank, break off algae rinse in a small container with tank water so as to rinse any spores or loose particles prior to putting back in tank
