Calcium results

Can someone please explain my results to me. Tha sakifert test done twice would not make the color change blue I had to refill the syringe and add another 8-9 drops twice to make it change to blue. What does this mean
 
more results salifet alk test , 0.52 kh value 7.7 ALK IN MEQ 2.74 i DONT KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS. ALSO WHY IS THE THIRD BOTTLE THE ALK TEST SOLUTION NOT USED IN THE TEST

You have to be very careful with the syringe and how much air is present in there when you do the test. It takes some trial and error to figure it out. Second make sure you are shaking it after each drop. Also, how old is the test?

The third bottle in the alk test kit is to make sure you get the right results when your testing. There is a number on the third bottle, if the test kit is set properly and is working right . in stead of filling the 4 ml of tank water you take it from that third bottle, When you drop from the syringe it should change colors right at the same mark that is written on that bottle. So the alkalinity level in the third bottle should result in the number on the bottle.
 
I was careful with the sytinge I did each test 3 times to make sure they were correct and I came up with the same results all 3. Does this mean I have to much calcium? Is my alk ok? This is my first time with the salifert test kit which I just picked up today they say they expire in 2011.
