If it's a coral I have no clue. If it is an algae it looks to be a version of codium.

Wow, I've never ever seen algae that pretty. I want some. Can it be fragged?
I am setting up a macro algae display tank and would love a frag of that. I hope to have the tank up in the next week or so.
